What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email or phone number when you sign in), the scripts and prompts you submit to generate videos, payment status from our payment processor (we never store full card details), and basic usage and device information. Where you allow it, we also collect analytics and marketing data through cookies.
Why we use it
To create your videos, run your account, process payments, keep the service secure, comply with law, and — only with your consent — to understand usage and show relevant offers. We process your data for these specific purposes and do not use it for unrelated ones.
Your choices and rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and nominate someone to act for you. You can change cookie choices anytime from “Cookie settings” in the footer. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within the timelines required by law.
Consent and withdrawal
We ask for clear, specific consent before using non-essential cookies, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard security including encryption in transit and access controls.
