Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
You can cancel a paid plan anytime from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
If you were charged in error or the service was materially unavailable, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.
ReelCoins and used credits
ReelCoins and credits already used to generate videos are non-refundable, since the underlying AI processing has already been performed. Unused paid ReelCoins may be considered for a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
