By creating an account or using Vardevo Reels you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Vardevo Reels turns the scripts and prompts you provide into short videos using AI. Output quality depends on your input and the plan you choose. Feature limits (video length, count, resolution) follow your active plan.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the scripts and material you submit and for how you use the videos you generate. You must not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, or to impersonate others. You keep ownership of videos you create, subject to these terms and the rights of any third-party stock or AI providers.
ReelCoins and plans
ReelCoins are an in-app credit used to generate videos. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money. Paid plans renew as described at checkout until cancelled.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By purchasing you also agree to the applicable processor terms. Taxes apply as required.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or change features to improve the service or for legal and security reasons. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vardevo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
